Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Fake Market Dubai, we strive for complete customer satisfaction. Please review our policy regarding order cancellations, returns, and refunds before making a purchase.

1. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Before Shipment:
    You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placement for a full refund, provided the item has not yet been processed for shipping. Contact us via WhatsApp or email to request cancellation.

  • After Shipment:
    Once your order has been dispatched, cancellations are not possible. You may refuse delivery or return the item (see Section 2).

2. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

✅ Defective Items: If the product arrives damaged, flawed, or significantly different from the description, you may request a return within 3 days of delivery.
✅ Wrong Item Shipped: We’ll cover return shipping costs if we sent an incorrect product.

❌ Non-Returnable Items:

  • Opened or used products (hygiene reasons)

  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling

  • Buyer’s remorse (e.g., “changed my mind”)

Return Process:

  1. Contact Us within 72 hours of delivery at support@fakemarketdubai.com with:

    • Order number

    • Photos/video of the issue

  2. We’ll provide a return authorization and address (if applicable).

  3. Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

3. Refund Methods

  • Payments will be refunded via the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).

  • Crypto payments (BTC/ETH/USDT) are refunded in the same currency at the current exchange rate.

  • Allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
